Anyone with a Plum Creek Library card will be able to check out the passes for free! Once checked out, you simply have to display the pass on your vehicle’s dashboard. The passes are good for seven days at any state park or recreation area in the state!
The primary goal of offering this program is to ensure that all Minnesotans have access to our state parks, regardless of their budget.
